How We Do It

The Birkman Foundation gives the Birkman Method as a grant to nonprofit and religious organizations. Certified Birkman consultants and other qualified individuals are encouraged to apply on behalf of organizations they serve. The grant will ultimately be made directly to the organization, not the consultant. Projects are approved on a rolling basis throughout the year. Applicants are selected based on their ability to demonstrate how access to the Birkman Method will improve their organizations or projects. Grants range in scope from 10 tests to a maximum of 100 (projects serving more than 100 people per quarter are subject to a secondary review process.) Please complete the grant application and submit it online. We do not accept mailed applications or requests by phone.
